Last Chance Fishing Charters
Last Chance Fishing Adventures in Victoria BC offers a first class saltwater salmon and halibut fishing guide service on Vancouver Island 12 months of the year.
We provide top notch boat charters and all the bait & tackle you'll need to hook the big one. Our guides are friendly and knowledgeable and have been fishing local waters for many years; they know all of the Victoria, Port Renfrew and Swiftsure banks fishing "hot spots"!

Fishing Seasons & Rates
- On Season, Port Renfrew June 1 - October 31
- Full day offshore Halibut/Salmon (1-5 People) $1000 CAD
- Full day Inshore Salmon/Rockfish/Crab (1-6 People) $ 800 CAD
- Half day Inshore Salmon/Rockfish/Crab (1-6 People) $ 600 CAD
A typical fishing day could include a trip offshore to Swiftsure Banks for some world class Halibut and bottom fishing and then wrapping up it up with some trolling or cut-plugging for Chinooks.
Early Port Renfrew trips in June consist mostly of halibut and bottom fishing only. Later October trips consist of some of the best Coho fishing on the coast. Both early and late season fishing excursions are available at reduced rates.
- Off Season November 1 - May 31
Off-season fishing & cruising rates are $90 per hour for the surrounding waters of Victoria. Spend the day sightseeing, crabbing or just enjoy a leisurely cruise.
- Custom half or full day cruising charters also available.
Last Chance Fishing Equipment:
- 26’ Hourston Glasscraft hardtop boat and other 21 to 26' cabin style boats. All with deep-v hull design which provides a smooth, comfortable ride while generous freeboard will ensure your fishing experience is fun and safe!
- All boats are equipped with Sonar, Radar, GPS and electric downriggers.
